As part of the build-up to MRU's Career Expo, my team and I wanted to provide students and alumni with more information to better understand the Innovation & Entrepreneurship landscape. From our brainstorming and discussion, questions arouse:
To address these type of questions, we developed a basic MVP tool called Joblinkie.
(The IE at the end stands for Innovation & Entrepreneurship)
Over 1300 students, alumni, faculty and community guests joined the MRU Virtual Career Expo from January 25 to 27, including over 100 representatives from 40 companies, and 115 guest speakers.
In only two days and without any marketing/SEO, Joblinkie acquired over 1,200 views, 100 unique users, and an average engagement time of 2 minutes and 51 seconds.
